Group project: Do your lab's safety training, test runout, alignment, speeds, feeds, materials, and toolpaths for your machine

Status: Complete!

Learnings: I still haven't taken the safety training to use the ShopBot, which was part of the group assignment. As a section we didn’t test all of the characteristics of our machine (like I’m not sure we tested any other materials) but we did create a test cut to get a sense of what sort of tolerances we could get away with for our joints.

Individual project: Make (design+mill+assemble) something big (~meter-scale)

Journey: I got covid which made it hard to access the lab...
